Admixture Plant
The latest generation Admixture plant. Bulk liquid raw materials are fed from tanks via pumps and flow meters. Small liquid additions are fed from IBC’s via pump flow combination meters. Bulk powders are loaded via a venturi system. A wet scrubber ensures environmental control of dust and fumes. The scrubber wash waters are returned to batches to ensure zero waste. All of this is managed by the Plant Process Control System.
AFA Plant
This Alkali Free Accelerator Plant produces a critical additive for sprayed concrete. A unique in house stirrer combination design keeps the mass of the product moving into the dispersion zone. The vessel is fitted with automated heating and cooling to ensure exacting control of the process. Liquid raw materials are fed from tanks and IBC’s via pumps and flow meters. Bulk powders are loaded via a venturi system. A wet scrubber ensures good environmental control. All of this is managed by the Plant Process Control System.
Powder Plant 25 tons per hour under construction & the finished plant manufacturing.
Resin / Grease
Complete plants to manufacture resin coatings or heavy duty grease type products. All Liquid raw materials are fed from tanks and IBC’s via pumps and flow meters. Bulk powders are feed from silo systems via screw feeders to weigh hoppers. All of this is managed by the Plant Process Control System.

All the plants use state-of-the-art system controls. These can be independent to your plant, or they can be enhanced with MES or linked to your ERP system.
